Zeke

Eric “Zeke” Clemons began playing the guitar at the age of 13, in his hometown of Flint. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Zeke now makes his home in Traverse City. He has been playing and teaching professionally since he was a teenager.

Music is a deep passion for Zeke and he has an appreciation for all genres. Over the years he has toured the U.S. with the Len Bland Blues Band and his own group, Bloodshot Victory. Zeke enjoys teaching the overall comprehension of the guitar to students of all levels and incorporates music theory, composition, and reading in his teaching. He is motivated by a constant quest for knowledge through teaching and performance. According to Zeke, ” music is all about fun and imagination and should never be frustrating!”
